Through its website, social media channels, and event calendar, Visit Ystad showcases the destination's attractions, experiences, and events, together with businesses and stakeholders within the tourism and hospitality industry. Visit Ystad collaborates with Visit Skåne in marketing the destination to international markets.

You can find answers to these questions and much more in the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth’s statistics portal. The agency is responsible for tourism statistics in Sweden, which form part of Sweden’s official statistics.
Visit Skåne
Working together with Visit Skåne, we engage in PR activities, press trips, and marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Ystad and the local tourism offering. Our goal is to strengthen Ystad’s appeal as a destination and attract more visitors from both Sweden and international markets.
We are also part of Tourism Matters, a collaborative initiative dedicated to strengthening the tourism industry in Skåne and contributing to a sustainable future for visitors, businesses, and local communities alike.
